Is this a marketing service?

No. We don’t generate leads or run advertising. We only work with inbound leads that are already in your CRM — leads you’ve already paid to acquire. We’re the operational conversion layer that turns those leads into booked appointments.

No. We only contact leads who have actively enquired with your practice. These are people who have submitted forms, clicked ads, or otherwise expressed interest in your services. We never call purchased lists, scraped contacts, or anyone who hasn’t opted in.

No. Where deposit is enabled, we guide the patient through your website’s checkout flow while on the call. They enter their own card details into your secure payment portal. We never handle, record, or process card details verbally.

No. We triage intent and help patients understand what kind of consultation might be right for them, but we never diagnose conditions, recommend specific treatments, or make clinical claims. That’s for your clinical team to do in person.
We control the calling and booking process — we don’t control your diary capacity. If there are no available slots, we can’t book the patient. We’ll flag this in reporting so you can address capacity constraints.
We work with most modern dental CRMs that support API access or webhook notifications. During onboarding, we’ll confirm compatibility and agree on the integration approach. We strongly recommend using our own CRM for the best results.
Weekly KPI snapshots include: contact rate (leads reached), booked rate (appointments made), deposit taken rate (where enabled), and a breakdown of reasons leads weren’t booked. Every lead gets a status and notes in your CRM.
Speed-to-lead is a core focus. Exact response times depend on volume and calling hours agreed, but we prioritise fast initial contact — typically within [agreed SLA window] during operating hours.
